Itinerary
Day 1 : Uk - San Francisco
Location: San Francisco
Accommodation Name: Parc 55 San Francisco - a Hilton Hotel (4-star)
Titan’s VIP door-to-door travel service collects you from home for your flight to San Francisco.
Day 2 : San Francisco
Location: San Francisco
Accommodation Name: Parc 55 San Francisco - a Hilton Hotel (4-star)
This morning, you’ll get to know the ‘City by the Bay’ on a guided tour. We’ll see historic Fisherman’s Wharf, awash with seafood restaurants and street performers - we may be lucky enough to spot sea lions sunbathing on the docks. We’ll see winding Lombard Street, often called the ‘crookedest street in the world’ due to its sharp curves.
The afternoon is yours to discover the sights and sounds of San Francisco under your own steam. You could opt for a cruise around the bay, walk the length of the Golden Gate Bridge, or perhaps venture back to Fisherman’s Wharf for fresh crab and clam chowder by the water.
Day 3 : Santa Rosa - Eureka
Location: Santa Rosa
Accommodation Name: Best Western Eureka Humboldt Bay Inn (3-star)
Our first port of call today is the city of Santa Rosa. Where wine country meets beer city, Santa Rosa has earned its reputation as the craft brew capital of the USA. We’ll visit a local winery for a tour and tasting, where we’ll learn about some of best-known wines in this region too.
This afternoon we witness the Avenue of the Giants, one of the most breathtakingly beautiful drives in the country. The route - a section of the old Highway 101 through Humboldt Redwoods State Park - takes us through forests home to some of the tallest and most ancient redwoods in the world.
Then it’s onwards to the historic coastal town of Eureka. The evening is free to explore - we love wandering through the Old Town’s Victorian architecture - or go for a sunset stroll along the waterfront esplanade.
Day 4 : Redwood National Park - Medford
Location: Redwood National and State Parks
Accommodation Name: Hilton Garden Inn Medford (3-star)
Meals Included: Breakfast
Crossing from California into Oregon, we make our way to the rugged Pacific coast. A scenic drive takes us through Redwood National Park, one of a group of parks declared as an International Biosphere Reserve and World Heritage Site, for our second glimpse of these colossal trees. Later we arrive in Medford for a two-night stay, a charming and vibrant city in southern Oregon known for its tasty pears and wine.
Day 5 : Crater Lake National Park
Location: Crater Lake National Park
Accommodation Name: Hilton Garden Inn Medford (3-star)
We travel to Crater Lake National Park, a stunning natural wonder formed 7,700 years ago by the eruption of Mount Mazama. Fed purely by rainwater and melting snow, the waters here are some of the clearest and purest in the world and it’s the deepest lake in the US. The surrounding slopes of the volcano are blanketed in woodland, with plenty of viewpoints for taking in the scenery. We return to Medford later this afternoon where you can enjoy an evening at leisure.
Day 6 : Coast Starlight Train (Eugene - Seattle)
Location: La Jolla Playhouse
Accommodation Name: Sheraton Grand Seattle (4-star)
We’ll make our journey to the city of Eugene and board Amtrak’s Coast Starlight Train to the seaport city of Seattle. During our train journey we’ll witness the dramatic snow-covered peaks of the Cascade Range with lush forests, fertile valleys and long stretches of Pacific Ocean shoreline providing a stunning backdrop. On arrival in Seattle this evening we’ll transfer by coach to our hotel for two-nights.
Day 7 : Seattle
Location: Seattle
Accommodation Name: Sheraton Grand Seattle (4-star)
Get your bearings this morning on an orientation tour of the city, where you’ll have the choice to book an optional excursion to the Space Needle. The deep waters of Stephens Passage are a stark contrast to the towering mountains that surround it. As we funnel through the passage, we’ll get to witness dense forests and sparkling glaciers, not to mention a variety of marine life, including humpback and killer whales, sea lions and porpoises. You may even spot brown or black bears foraging on the shoreline.
Later we’ll reach Juneau, the most remote of the state capitals, surrounded by water, forests and mountains. Maybe choose to wander through the small city, stopping for a salmon snack on a seaside patio, or go in search of the humpback whales that frequent the nearby waters, before returning to our ship in the evening.

Day 12 : Sitka
Location: Sitka
Accommodation Name: Eurodam (4-star)
Meals Included: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
With a storied past mixed with jaw-dropping scenery, Sitka offers a unique glimpse into Alaskan history. Previously the capital of Russian Alaska before it was sold to America is 1867, you can still see the Orthodox cathedral and Russian bishop's residence in this charming town. If you want to stretch your legs, a walk up Castle Hill can provide great views of the dormant volcano of Mount Edgecumbe.
