Your Guided Solo Traveller Holiday To China
Take a trip of a lifetime to China on this Solo Traveller holiday. Our expert guides will highlight the best of what this incredible country has to offer, from ancient traditions to centuries of history. We’ll have a welcome reception on our first night in China, so you can get to know some of your fellow travellers before we start our Asian adventure. On our travels we’ll discover architecture of imperial dynasties, experience Buddhist temples and visit the cities of Beijing, Xi'an and Shanghai. In Beijing we’ll explore a 14th century ancient city, stand where General Mao rallied his troops and stroll along the impressive Sacred Way, the burial place of Ming Dynasty emperors. We’ll visit the Great Wall of China, one the New7Wonders of the World, and have an opportunity to walk along a section of this architectural feat. Admire the extraordinary Terracotta Warriors and the Wild Goose Pagoda in Xi'an, before we round off our adventure with a visit to Shanghai, the ‘Paris of the East.’
